As a ruck athlete it's important to be able to have a coach on-demand to assist with any needs required to continue to improve your craft.

At FirstUse we're here to offer on-demand monthly support throughout the footy season.

The monthly subscription allows the athlete, club and coach direct access to requesting professional assistance to improving all areas related to ruck work.

This monthly subscription will offer:

- Ruck coach mentoring
- On-Demand assistance for feedback
- Direct access to a ruck coach
- Access for video or image feedback

The athlete will receive real-time video feedback through the use of an online app.

This level of professional service in the position for a ruck is a first of it's kind and that's why at FirstUse we're excited to be offering this on-demand service.

All feedback will be provided within 48-72 hours.
